A Chhattisgarh NITI Aayog meeting held in Raipur on Thursday dwelt upon the issue of enhancing use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and IT, increasing the per capita income as well as developing a central logistic hub in the state.
The meeting was held to prepare the Vision 2047 Document, scheduled to be released on Chhattisgarh's foundation day, November 1.

Subramaniyam gave necessary suggestions for formulating short, medium and long term strategies of the vision document.
Shrivastava underlined the need to generate rural employment along with enhancing the IT sector and optimum use of AI for the urban sectors.
Subramaniyam stressed on generating employment in high productive sectors for increasing the per capita income of the people.
Industries Secretary Ankit Anand said that as the state had abundant mineral and natural resources, food processing plants must be developed in order to gear up industrialization.
The government is preparing a vision document called ‘Amritkal: Chhattisgarh Vision @ 2047’ which will contain a detailed roadmap to transform the region from a developing state to a developed one.
