Two-day training programme on effective communication held

A two-day training program on Effective Communication and Interpersonal Relations at Work for the youth representatives of the participating unions was organized the other day at the Training Workshop of Vishwakarma Hall (HRD Centre).

This program was organized in coordination with HR- Industrial Relations and Human Resource Development Centre. This training program was organized in collaboration with the Dantopant Thengadi National Labour Education and Development Board.

This 02 day training program was inaugurated by Birendra Kumar Singh, General Manager (HR), Arif Ahmed Siddiqui, Additional General Manager (HR), Smt. Swagata S. Saxena, Additional General Manager (HRD) and Ambrish Garg, Regional Director-in-Charge Dantopant Thengadi National Labour Education and Development Board, Smt. Renu Verma Special Education Officer, National Labour Education and Development Board. R. K. Jaiswal, Deputy Manager (HR-IR) gave information about the origin and objectives of the program. This training program has been organized by the Industrial Relations Section for the purpose of personality development for the union representatives for the past several years. <

Birendra Kumar Singh, General Manager (HR) motivated the young representatives by explaining the importance of communication. Arif Ahmed, Siddiqui, Additional General Manager (HR),  Swagata S Saxena, Additional General Manager (HR) welcomed all the guests present and told that any problem can be resolved only through mutual communication in the organization. Kirti Singh, Manager (HR) thanked the people who attended the inaugural ceremony. 28 participants from unions were present in this program.

At the closing ceremony of the program on Friday, Chief Guest Hiralal Bharani, Additional General Manager & DRO (HSE), and Ambrish Garg, Regional Director-in-Charge, National Labour Education and Development Board, Smt. Renu Verma Special Education Officer, National Labour Education and Development Board addressed all the participants and distributed certificates. In the closing ceremony, a vote of thanks was given by Kirti Singh, Manager (HRD). The main objective of this program is to teach the art of personality development to the participants.
