Tree plantation by cops shows their sensitivity to environment

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has said that the Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam campaign initiated by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on Environment Day has taken the form of a public campaign in the entire country. The target is to plant 5 crore 51 lakh saplings in the state. This is an attempt to awaken social consciousness towards environmental protection. Madhya Pradesh Police including plantation as its priority shows their sensitivity towards the environment. It is encouraging to see that along with the police personnel, their families are also considering tree plantation as their responsibility. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav praised the police functioning in the anti-Naxal campaign and the sensitivity of the police in maintaining law and order in the entire state. He said the police work effectively and the state government is with them. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam" campaign organized at the 25th Battalion of Bhopal.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav plants Rudraksha sapling

Chief Minister Yadav planted Rudraksha saplings and inaugurated the state-level program by releasing balloons in the sky. At the same time, 1 lakh 25 thousand saplings were planted simultaneously in the police units of the entire state. On his arrival, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was welcomed by girls with tilak with the police band playing in the background. The Chief Minister was given a guard of honour. The Chief Minister visited the campus and interacted with the police personnel and members of police families who had gathered for the program. Director General of Police Shri Sudhir Saxena presented a memento to Chief Minister Dr. Yadav.

PM Shri Modi added a human touch to campaign by linking plantations with mothers

Chief Minister Yadav said that water, forest, and land connect us with nature and encourage the basic qualities of humanity. Destruction of forests and uncontrolled pollution have increased carbon emissions, which can be compensated only by planting trees. Prime Minister Modi has added a human and personal touch to the campaign by linking the plantations with mothers. Planting a tree in the name of mothers is a tribute to Indian culture. As per Prime Minister Shri Modi's call, we have to plant the sapling and take care of it till it grows five feet tall.

Planting trees will inspire police families to protect the environment

Director General of Police Shri Sudhir Saxena said that under the guidance of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, the 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam - Massive Tree Plantation' campaign organized by Madhya Pradesh Police in all the police units of the state will help in environmental protection by bringing the police personnel and their families closer to nature. Along with protecting the earth, it is also our responsibility to nourish the earth by planting trees.

Three-year-old Vijayansh Kushwaha plants sapling with his mother

On the instructions of the Director General of Police Shri Sudhir Saxena, police personnel and their families participated with enthusiasm in the tree plantation program organized in all the police units of the state. At the event in Bhopal, three-year-old Vijayansh Kushwaha came with his mother to plant saplings in police uniform. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav praised Vijayansh's enthusiasm and planted a sapling with him.

On this occasion, many children planted saplings along with their mothers, and many policemen also planted saplings in the memory of their mothers with their photographs. The massive tree plantation campaign was celebrated in all the police units of the state including Bhopal.
