Taking a serious note of dengue and chikungunya, the district administration has made arrangements for testing facilities to be provided at five locations in the state capital.
The free-of-cost testing facility will be available to citizens on all seven days of the week at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhopal Memorial Hospital, Gandhi Medical College, Civil Hospital Bairagarh, and District Jaiprakash Hospital.
District health officer, Dr Prabhakar Tiwari, said that a call center has been established at the district malaria office to control the vector-borne diseases. Citizens can call 0755-2660636 and get information regarding the diseases, their testing, and treatment facilities in the district.
