On the occasion of World Milk Day, Sunder Foods and Dairy (SUFODA) has launched its brand "Samooh" from the city of lakes.

Kartikey Singh Chouhan, founder and promoter of Sunder Dairy, announced during the launch event, "Samooh is a high-quality dairy product that will inspire people across the city. We also have a high-performance and efficient logistics system that reliably delivers the desired quality and quantity, entirely handled by women."

"We started our dairy business in 2017 and by 2020 we started collecting milk from local farmers and launched milk and milk products. As the business grew, we focused on women empowerment throughout our value chain. We started creating women centric village collection centres procure milk, facilitated through Women Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs). We also maximized women's involvement in our manufacturing unit. <

Since our primary consumers are women, we created a chain of distributors and retailers focused on women. Today, the majority of milk processed by us comes from women FPOs and is processed by women workers. To integrate this philosophy, we created the brand 'Samooh,' which embodies our mission. 'Samooh' celebrates the role of women in every aspect of the food category, from production to consumption. Launching it on World Milk Day is fitting."

Commenting further on the launch of "Samooh," Kunal Singh Chouhan, Co-Founder of Sunder Dairy, stated, "SUFODA aims to be the largest dairy player in central India by supporting women farmers in the vicinity.
