St Mary's Convent Sr.Sec.School, Tulsi Nagar installed the new students ' council of both primary and secondary for 2024-2025 session. The new leaders took over the reign of governing the school with vows to shoulder the responsibilities to bring a better atmosphere in the school.
The investiture ceremony began with lighting of the lamp. The principal Sr Maria Jagtap, in her speech congratulated the newly elected council members and urged them to be committed to keep up the pride of the school and carry on the rich legacy of the school.Newly appointed council members were adorned with sashes and badges by the respective in charge teachers. The entire council took oath to discharge their duties with utmost sincerity and responsibility.
Atharva Sharma the president of the senior cabinet said that the new council's aim would be to strive for a better version of the institution.Vedanti Garhwal was chosen as the prime minister and Rachit Tilokani and Aditi Ambadkar as the deputy prime ministers. A beautiful rendition by the School choir added grace to the occasion.
The other council members are Aryaman Singh (Gandhi House captain), Anushka Siriya(Vice captain), Riddhi Agrawal( Nehru House Captain), Surabhi Rajput( Vice Captain), Bhavya Shrivastava( Tagore House Captain), Kanak Prafful ( Vice captain) Manya Rajput, Atharv Jain(sports), Akshara Sindhu, Vaidehi Dekate( Academics) Shreyanshi Singh, Samruddhi Shukla (Health and Hygiene), K.B. Karthik Shankar, Mahak Upadhyay (Discipline) Simran Chaturvedi and Aditi Markale (English language), Maisara Farooqui, Anamitra Chouhan(spiritual).The Junior council members are: Anvi Payasi(Chief Minister) Gaurika Singh, Atharv Singh Bagri (Deputy chief ministers).
