Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva on Sunday claimed that former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia’s campaigning in the Deoli constituency is shameful, stating that the AAP MLA Prakash Jarwal has a criminal background and has been found guilty by a court for abetting the suicide of a doctor.
Sachdeva said, “It is disgraceful for Manish Sisodia, who has been eager to take control of the AAP since his release from jail, , to campaign in the Deoli constituency where the AAP MLA Prakash Jarwal has a criminal background and has been found guilty by a court for abetting the suicide of a doctor.” He remarked that choosing to start campaigning in the constituency of such a criminal-minded MLA is akin to encouraging him.
“Today, wherever Manish Sisodia went in Deoli, the common people kept their distance from him. The public wants to know why AAP leaders are shielding MLA Prakash Jarwal, who is responsible for Deoli's deteriorating condition, and his wife, Jyoti Jarwal,” he claimed.
