Prosecution officers providing training to the police officers

Director Public Prosecution Sushma Singh, while addressing all the prosecution officers of the state, has expressed that all the prosecution officers of the state should provide all possible legal assistance to the police officers at the district headquarters and tehsil level regarding the intricacies of the new criminal law.

Singh said that since the new criminal law has come into force from July 01, in such a situation it is natural for the police officers to face problems in the new criminal law. In such a situation, all our prosecution officers should keep giving training and guidance to the police officers regarding the said law and keep providing all possible legal assistance.

She also expressed that to fulfil this objective, the Directorate of Public Prosecution Madhya Pradesh has provided training to all the prosecution officers of the state before 01 July. The prosecution officers of the state, after getting trained, are continuously providing training and guidance to police officers at Police Headquarters, CAPT, District Police Headquarters and Tehsil level as well as other public regarding the new penal law.

Along with this, the prosecution officers of the state participated in the public awareness program regarding the new law held in police stations and other institutions on 01 July and provided important information regarding the law. Director Public Prosecution Smt. Sushma Singh has praised this work of the prosecution officers and motivated them to continuously do better work regarding the new law and provide guidance.

In Bhopal, In-charge Deputy Director Prosecution Rajendra Upadhyay participated in the program held in MP Nagar and Misrod police stations.  Priyanka Upadhyay participated in the debate at CAPT, Nirendra Sharma at Kolar Police Station, Vishnurakant Samadhiya and Sumit Maran at Chholamandir Police Station, Akil Khan at Chunabhatti Police Station and 74 Bungalow and Rishiraj Dwivedi participated in the program at JK Hospital.
