Chairing the weekly review at his office, District Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh, on Monday, directed officials to prioritise the resolution of citizen grievances.
The meeting addressed several complaints received on the CM Helpline and time-bound letters.
Singh instructed officials to provide timely and satisfactory resolutions to all grievances to ensure a reduction in pendencies.Singh expressed displeasure over the slow progress in resolving complaints in the Revenue Department.
He specifically emphasised the resolution of CM Helpline and revenue cases in the Berasia Tehsil.He also directed the Municipal Corporation, Health, Labour, and Cooperation departments to resolve pending CM Helpline cases satisfactorily.
Under the Revenue Maha Abhiyan 3.0, the top administrative official in the district instructed all revenue officials to resolve pending cases on the RCMSS portal to bring Bhopal to the first position.He directed that special camps and strategies be devised in rural areas to engage with the public and ensure the resolution of more revenue cases.
The Collector also instructed all SDMs to review fire safety arrangements at hospitals in their jurisdictions.They were further directed to inspect firecracker shops, relocate warehouses to appropriate locations outside the city, and resolve land allocation, acquisition, and occupancy rights cases in a time-bound manner.
The progress of the proposed state-of-the-art Gaushala (cow shelter) construction at Barkhedi Abdullah was also reviewed, with instructions to issue tenders within the set time frame and begin construction.
The meeting was attended by the CEO of the District Panchayat, Rituraj Singh, ADMs Bhupendra Goyal and Ankur Meshram, along with all ADMs, SDMs, and district officers.
