Pilgrimage sites in places related to Lord Ram and Krishna: CM

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav today approved 15 village roads on the demand of local MLA and Cabinet Minister Ramniwas Rawat in a Bhagwat Katha organized in Sheopur, Vijaypur tehsil. He also approved two minor irrigation projects.

The Chief Minister said that pilgrimage centers will be established in all those places that Lord Shri Ram and Shri Krishna visited in Madhya Pradesh. He said this during a Bhagwat Katha organized in Vijaypur tehsil of Sheopur district. The Chief Minister said that we are people who believe in Sanatan Dharma. Our government works and follows the path of religion.

We will make pilgrimages at all the places where Lord Shri Ram and Shri Krishna's footprints have been placed on this holy land. Pilgrimage spots will be developed in all the places Shri Krishna stepped in and Shri Ram's land Chitrakoot and all other places. The Chief Minister said that the ideals set by Shri Krishna from the time before his birth till his lifetime guide us.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the name Gopal of Lord Shri Krishna is also derived from Gopalan. Today we all are also Gopal. About 8.5 crore people of Madhya Pradesh are Gopals because we all rear cattle and protect it. Our government has decided that we will end a system like Kanji House and build big cow shelters in every district. 33 crore deities reside in the holy Cow and we will make better arrangements for their protection and blessings.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is establishing Sanatan in the world also. The Gita is presented to distinguished guests coming from abroad. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also performed the aarti of Bhagwat Purana in Bhagwat Katha.
