People to hang BJP’s candidate in coming polls: JMM

Saturday, 21 September 2024 | PNS | Ranchi

Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), on Friday, attacked Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for its statement in which they said that the people will hang JMM’s candidates in coming polls. Replying to this, JMM said just the opposite that the people will teach them a lesson and they will hang BJP’s candidates in polls.

Addressing a press meet at the party headquarter JMM General Secretary Supriyo Bhattachary while criticizing BJP's Parivartan Yatra from Sahibganj, said that BJP is a party of infiltrators. “All its former Chief Ministers are people who have infiltrated BJP and spread political stench. The people of Jharkhand will wipe them out in the upcoming assembly elections,” he added.

Bhattacharya called the Parivartan Yatra a conspiracy yatra and they also do not know what is the destination of this yatra. “Today, Amit Shah was calling Hemant Babu Hemant Babu from the stage, what kind of fear is this?,” he asked.

On Amit Shah's statement of hanging infiltrators upside down, the General Secretary said that “I want to tell Amit Shah the truth that the people of Jharkhand will straighten your party by hanging it upside down. Your vulture's eye on this State will also be operated for cataract. On the issue of Bangladeshi infiltration, he also said that the Prime Minister had come here the previous day and said that the High Court has formed a committee. Now tell us where Bangladesh infiltration is happening,” he added.

On the question of trucks going from Jharkhand being stopped at the Bengal border, Bhattacharya said that the mental state of the Bengal Government is not right. “The Hemant Government is not going to bow down to anyone. These steps were taken only after talks with the Bengal Minister. Mamata didi's mental State has deteriorated, Didi should have shown some sensitivity. Just now when water was released, there was a flood in Bengal, if the dam had broken, then imagine what would have happened to the whole of Bengal,” he added
