Three miscreants robbed a petrol pump manager of Rs 3.79 lakh in broad daylight on Bhopal Indore Highway, the capital of Madhya Pradesh.
Police have arrested one accused in this robbery. Many revelations were made in the interrogation that took place late at night. Police are also claiming to arrest two other accused soon. Thieves stole the two-wheeler of the councilor who helped the police in arresting the accused, which has been reported in Khajuri police station.
Three unknown robbers robbed Manoj Bhavsar, the manager working at Bharat Petrol Pump. Around 3 in the afternoon, the manager was going from the opposite direction of the petrol pump with cash, when three youths called out at some distance from the petrol pump, but I ignored their voices and started moving ahead. After some time, those youths came in front of me and escaped away after snatching the money bag after spitting chilli powder in my eyes. <
According to information received from sources, police have arrested one of the three accused, whose interrogation is going on. The accused has informed the police about the other two, in the next few days the police will arrest the other two accused and solve this robbery.
Councillor Ashok Maran had parked Hero Splendor outside his house. Maran said that another motorcycle was parked next to his car, around 2:30 in the night the thieves stole the motorcycle MP040584. Maran had bought this motorcycle just a month ago, he has reported it in Khajuri police station.
Along with this, another motorcycle has been stolen under Bairagarh police station, which has also been reported by the complainant in the police station. The public is scared of the thefts happening every day.
The councilor said that in the next few days he will meet the top police officials once again regarding incidents like theft and robbery and will discuss this with them.
Earlier also councillor and block congress president Ashok Maran had met DCP Malkit Singh regarding the thefts that had taken place and he had assured the public representatives that night patrolling and police alert would be done regarding the thefts. The councillor had helped the police in the robbery incident with the petrol pump manager on Thursday and he himself had gone to those places where the thieves might go.
