One killed in bus-track accident in Khajuri area

Khajuri police station and administration took immediate action and took the injured <to hospital, in bus-truck accident; bus was carrying devotees of Maharashtra one of which died in the accident.

The police and district administration rushed to the spot and injured were rushed to hospitals. The victims, they were taken to their destination Nashik in other bus.

In the night on March 29 late night information was received at  Khajuri road police that a truck driver had driven his vehicle carelessly and rashly and ran away after hitting a bus full of pilgrims. On receiving the information, immediately the police station in-charge Neeraj Verma formed a team from the police station and reached the spot and the said information was given to the SDM who immediately reached the spot with SDM  Ashutosh Sharma, Tehsildar Mukesh Raj, JO Bairagarh  Vikrant Jha along with his team.

At the spot that a bus bearing registration number MH04JK0009 had left from Nashik to Chitrakoot with about 59 devotees at Village Bhaunri Bungalow Bypass Road near Isar Jod and had stopped for food near Ram Mandir Bhaunri Bungalow when at around 12:00 in the night. The driver of a container vehicle number MP09HG6027 drove his vehicle in the opposite direction and hit a bus full of passengers.

Due to the collision, passenger Khanderao of Badner Bhairav, district Nashik, Maharashtra died and many passengers were seriously injured, who were immediately called for an ambulance with the help of their team by the present police station in-charge Neeraj Verma and SDM  Ashutosh Sharma. With help, he was sent to Hamidia Hospital, Bhopal for treatment, where the injured received immediate treatment.

After the PM, his body along with his family members was taken to his residence in Nashik, Maharashtra in the ambulance vehicle number MP04DB 2793 provided by the administration for the last rites.

Rest of the accident-prone passengers were coordinated by the SDM through the Collector and 52 pilgrims were sent to their home district Nashik Maharashtra through bus number MP04PA8388.
