International Nurses Day was celebrated in collaboration with Nursing Services and the College of Nursing. The week-long celebration from May 6 to 13, 2024, aimed to appreciate the invaluable contribution of nursing workers.
On the occasion of International Nursing Day, a cultural evening was organized in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Auditorium of AIIMS Bhopal, in which the chief guest was Professor Dr. Ajay Singh, Executive Director of AIIMS Bhopal and the special guest was Medical Superintendent Prof. Dr. Shashank Purwar. At the beginning of the program, Executive Director Ajai Singh praised the entire nursing team for performing their duties.
Deputy Director (Colonel) Shri Ajit Kumar, Dean Academics, Prof. Dr. Rajneesh Joshi, Dean Nursing, Prof. Dr. Amit Aggarwal, Associate Dean, Nursing, Dr. Saikat Das, Principal, College of Nursing, Dr. Mamta Verma and Nursing Superintendent, Shri Akhil T. was present. A cultural program was presented by the nursing staff in the evening.
