As per the instructions of Jhalsa and under the guidance of Principal District and Sessions Judge - Co-Chairman Rajesh Sharan Singh, National Lok Adalat has been scheduled to be held in Civil Court, Garhwa on 13th July from 11:00 am to 03:00 pm. All the residents of Garhwa are appealed to settle their resolvable disputes through National Lok Adalat and save their time and money.
Secretary of District Legal Services Authority, Ravi Choudhary informed that preparations for the National Lok Adalat have been completed. For the success of National Lok Adalat a total of 19 benches have been constituted in Civil Court, Garhwa and Sub-Divisional Civil Court, Nagar Untari premises. In the National Lok Adalat court related cases and cases related to bank, forest, excise, electricity and land will be executed. Notices have been issued in this regard by the concerned court and departments. All the parties are appealed to attend this National Lok Adalat and get their matters resolved and make it successful.
