The 92nd Founder’s Week celebrations of Maharana Pratap Shiksha Parishad (MPSP) will commence on Wednesday (December 4). The event will be inaugurated under the chairmanship of MPSP chief patron, Gorakshapeethadhishwar, and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

The inaugural session, set to begin at 9:30 am, will feature Madhya Pradesh Assembly Speaker Narendra Singh Tomar as the chief guest.

Prof Rajiv Kumar, a member of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), will join as the special guest. The celebrations will culminate on December 10, with Nobel laureate and Bachpan Bachao

Andolan founder Kailash Satyarthi being the chief guest.

This week-long event will feature various academic and sports competitions.

As in previous years, the opening session will take place on the ground of Maharana Pratap Inter College.

After speeches by special guests, the chief guest, and the programme chairperson, a grand procession of students will be held. The procession will include nearly 3,000 students from various institutions under MPSP.

Around 10,000 students and 5,000 teachers and staff from the MPSP’s 38 institutions will participate in the inauguration ceremony. Tomar will take the salute during the procession.

The highlights of the procession will include disciplined marches, creative tableaux, and slogans promoting social awareness.

Dr Nitish Shukla, a member of the organising committee, shared that over 1,000 teachers, staff, and volunteers are working to ensure the event’s success. The concluding ceremony, on December 10, will be chaired by CM Yogi.

Kailash Satyarthi will be the chief guest, where 800 students will be awarded for their achievements.
