The prosperity of Madhya Pradesh lies in the progress of its industries. Establisment of industries results in growth of employment opportunities. The state government is comitted to achieve comprehensive development fostering good governance and implementing an effective system. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav highlighted these views in the inauguration ceremony of SMPL Integrated Textile Industry unit of Sagar Group in the textile industry area at Tamot in Raisen district.
Chief Minister Yadav said that the government is consistently working towards making Madhya Pradesh a leader in development. Employment opportunities are crucial for the holistic development. The state's economic development,driven by employment opportunities contributes to its prosperity gaining national and global recognition. He said Madhya Pradesh is witnessing holistic development. Efforts are underway to attract and encourage local entrepreneurs for establishing industries. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that new dimensions are being added every day for better operation of all the schemes in the state.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that industries are being promoted towards self-reliance and profitablity. All possible assistance will be provided by the government to industrialists to set-up their units. The state government is making continuous efforts to provide employment to the youth by promoting industries. He expressed immense joy while launching the Polyester Cotton Yarn Unit of S.M.P.L. Integrated Textile Industries, which will provide employment to 3500 people. Subsequently, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav toured and spoke to the women workers in the unit.
MLA Surendra Patwa said that employment opportunities will increase and the citizens of the area will also benefit from the unit. Minister of State for Public Health and Family Welfare Narendra Shivaji Patel, MP Ramakant Bhargava, Sanchi MLA Prabhuram Chaudhary, District Panchayat President Yashwant Meena and Rakesh Sharma were present as special guests at the function. Principle Secretary to the Chief Minister, Raghavendra Singh, Dr. Navneet Mohan Kothari, Managing Director Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC), Bhopal Commissioner Pawan Sharma, Irshad Ali, IG Hoshangabad, Collector Raisen Arvind Kumar Dubey were present in the programme.
Founder and Chairman of Sagar Group Sudhir Kumar Aggarwal informed that Sagar Group’s newly constructed unit of S.M.P.L. Integrated Textile Industry will provide direct and indirect employment opportunities to 3000-3500 youth of the state. The target is to provide employment to about 10 thousand people in future.
