Improving customer services the central region power distributor on Monday said the company has appointed dedicated relationship managers for high-tension electricity consumers throughout its 16 district jurisdiction.
The move, at the behest of the state government, will help provide improved services to high tension (HT) consumers of the Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company (MKVVCL), said the company.
The new appointees will be based at the circle-level in Bhopal, Narmadapuram, Gwalior, and Chambal Divisions, covering 16 districts.
The officials will maintain constant communication with HT consumers and initiate immediate steps in accordance with their suggestions and complaints.
HT consumers contribute a significant part to the company revenue making them pivotal for company operations.MKVVCL said the officials will also ensure timely clearance of power dues by these consumers.
