The police said that the girl's mother suffers from some disease due to which she had to get blood transfusions. In the month of March, her health deteriorated and she was admitted to a private hospital. During this time, the victim used to stay alone at home and used to cook food and send it to the hospital.
One day the accused came home and found the victim alone at home. The accused took advantage of the situation and raped the minor.
