Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) is fully committed to provide every facility to students studying in its schools. Working in this direction. MCD’s education department has opened a bank account of 89 per cent students studying in its schools, officials said here on Saturday. Giving details, they said after opening the bank accounts of students it will be easier to send amounts of various heads directly into their account through DBT. Due to persistent efforts of MCD more and more students are opening their bank account.
Municipal Corporation of Delhi is continuously working in the direction of opening of students bank accounts and hopefully bank accounts of 100 % students will be opened after opening of schools after summer vacations.
