JMM attacks BJP on removal of Deoghar SP, Ranchi DC

Saturday, 02 November 2024 | PNS | Ranchi

General Secretary cum Spokesperson of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, Supriyo Bhattacharya today said in a press conference that the CM of another state and a Central Minister celebrate Diwali in Jharkhand. This shows the bankruptcy of BJP. He said said that on 29th October, suddenly an order came to transfer Deoghar SP Ajit Peter Dungdung. Before this, an order came to transfer Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri. He said, why is all this happening, in what circumstances is it happening, it has to be understood.

Supriyo said that during the Lok Sabha elections, MP Nishikant Dubey had made some allegations against these two officers. Then the Election Commission had taken action. He said that according to the rules, candidates can complain against the officers. He said, but Nishikant is not a candidate in this election. Still both these officers were transferred. He said that one thing is clear from this that tribal and Dalit officers are the target of BJP.

He said that when the officials of the Election Commission of India had come to Ranchi, the party had said that till 15th November we have many big festivals and celebrations here. In this, people go to their homes. Right now, Sohrai is going on in Santhal Pargana. Diwali and Kali Puja are being celebrated. There is also Chitragupta Puja. Chhath is a great festival. It is Guru Nanak Jayanti. It is Birsa Jayanti. But as part of a conspiracy, this election is being held in the midst of festivals. He said, there is a conspiracy behind this to paralyze the entire administrative system.

Supriyo said that the officers and employees of the state also stay in their homes during these festivals. Festivals and celebrations are related to faith. They take leave on this occasion. Also, a large number of vehicles are needed to conduct elections. He said that Chhath is till 8 November and the first phase of voting is on 13 November. A large number of people from Jamshedpur and Ranchi go to Bihar and other states during Chhath. He said that if there is a shortage of vehicles, how will they come back. All these technical things were ignored at the time of announcement of elections. Just so that BJP could be benefited.

He said that the CM of a state and a Central minister also spend Diwali here. This shows how much bankruptcy there is in the BJP. He said that a big BJP leader said that Hemant Soren has filled the wrong nomination form. Hemant wrote 64 Hatia instead of his constituency number 3 Barhet. He said that the voters of 64 Hatia are Hemant Soren and his wife Kalpana Murmu Soren. We all know this. But we did not know that this BJP leader is so knowledgeable. BJP people have become so furious. A CM tweets that Hemant Soren has also given wrong information about his age. He said that such a BJP leader does not know that age is counted from the birth certificate and matriculation certificate. On this basis, Hemant Soren's nomination has been declared correct. But he is not aware of this either.
