Heavy rains continued in the eastern part of Madhya Pradesh on Thursday, rainfall was witnessed in 12 districts. Damoh received the most rainfall of 56 mm i.e., 2.2 inches.
Meanwhile, a 12-year-old girl died due to lightning in Panna. Her two brothers were injured in the incident.
According to the Meteorological Department, about half an inch to 1 inches of rainfall was recorded in Khajuraho, Mandla, Naugaon, Satna, Seoni.
