The food license of '18 Calorie' restaurant located in Tulsi Nagar, Bhopal has been suspended. After the complaint, the team of food inspectors reached here for inspection. During this, cockroaches were found. At the same time, there was massive dirt in the kitchen which surprised the team.
The restaurant is near Prakash Tarun Pushkar on Link Road No. 1. The complaint of cockroaches found in sprouted grains was made with the Food Safety Administration Department. After this, the registration officer of the department Devendra Kumar Dubey reached the spot on Saturday.
During the inspection, a large number of cockroaches were found in the kitchen of the restaurant. At the same time, rat feces were found at many places. Irregularities were found in the restaurant.
Registration officer Dubey said, there were disorders and unhygienic conditions prevailing in the restaurant. Due to this, it was decided that the operators of the restaurant have failed to follow the safety and conditions. Therefore, it has been decided to suspend the registration.
