Digital Transformation Group (DTG) BHEL Bhopal, has won the prestigious Indian Express PSE Awards 2024, in the Enterprise Applications category. The Award was given by eminent personalities of IT fraternity at the award ceremony held at Jaipur, on June 14, 2024.
Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited Bhopal continued to add to its impressive list of accolades and recognition winning the prestigious PSE Awards 2024 by Indian express for Enterprise Applications presented the award to BHEL Bhopal during the PSE 2024 Summit at Hotel Clarks Amer at Jaipur with a theme of ‘Celebrating digital excellence in public sector enterprises’.

The PSE Summit 2024 organized by Indian Express for recognizing the public sector Enterprise Pioneers who are raising the bar for excellence in technology is conferred to the BHEL Bhopal unit in recognition of their initiatives to enhance customer delight by improving Process Effectiveness using Real-Time Vande Bharat Management System, Incoming Document Management System and myBHELApp.
The PSE Summit recognizes forefront of digital innovation in Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs) for their initiatives taken towards enhancing process optimization. BHEL was chosen for the award after an extensive screening levels of organization's processes and systems. Some key parameters that were presented include customer focus and alignment of sustained process initiatives with business objectives while ensuring customer gains.
More than 250 Applications were received in this Award Category, from Various Top Public Sector Enterprises, industry professionals, start-ups and practitioners from across India. BHEL Bhopal nomination was evaluated by an eminent jury of experienced, qualified, and exceptional technology professionals, which acknowledged and adjudicated it as the finest amongst a large number of entries and nominations.
At the unit, S.M. Ramanathan, Executive Director, BHEL Bhopal, presented the Award, in the presence of Gautam Majumdar, General Manager (CMG, PMG, CC & DTG) to N P Sanodia, AGM(IT) to S.N. Shrivastava and Vivek Pathak and his Team on Wednesday at BHEL, Bhopal.
