Army Public School, Mhow had organized an Inter School Drawing and Painting competition on the occasion of Silver Jubilee of "Kargil Vijay Diwas" on July 26,2024. There were eleven schools from Mhow that participated in this competition which is been organized since past four years. There were two category for the competition according to the age group. Group A was of Middle category and Group B was of Senior category. There were total sixty three participants in both the categories. Both the revered judges Dr. Sonali Jain and Mr. Rajesh Hirve were from the art field. The overall incharge of the event was Mr. Ganesh Marathe, the art teacher. Brig. Sunil D. Fadatare, Chairman, APS Mhow graced the occasion as a Chief Guest. He appreciated the paintings of the students and encouraged them to excel in their art.
The winners of Group A were:-
Anshika Rajput (PM Shri KV), Sonakshi Verma (Mount Litera Zee School), Umang Bombole (Chameli Devi Public School)
Consolation: Naman Yadav (Chameli Devi Public School)
Consolation: Tanmay Patil (Sri Sai Academy). The winners of Group B were:- Vedant Pirolkar(St.Francis HSS), Ananya Maheshwari (Fountainhead Int. School)
3. Anushka Yadav(Sri Sai Academy), Consolation: Aayesh Farooqui (St.Mary’s H. S. S.), Consolation: Abhiraj Kumar Ram (St. Francis H. S. S.). The winners were accorded with certificates and awards. The Chairman Brig Sunil D. Phadatare, the Principal PK Tiwari, the Vice-Principal Mr. SK Choudhary and the entire staff wished good wishes to the participants.
On the same day, with heavy heart APS, Mhow bids farewell to Ex-Chairman Brig A Sridhar. His amazing and successful tenure of one and half year has been completed.
Kalpana Srivastava conduted the programme on the behalf of entire staff. The cultural event was presented by teachers. The Principal PK Tiwari has given farewell speech.
