Jharkhand Congress manifesto committee chairman Bandhu Tirkey revealed the facts after meeting with members of committee.
Tirkey said that the party want that there should be uniformity in manifesto and the manifesto of the allies in the elections, for this the manifesto will be discussed with the allies so that we can go to the public with the same issues.
An attempt has been made to include Jharkhandi sentiment in the Congress manifesto. The heritage, civilization, culture, water-forest, land here are the basic foundation of our manifesto. The priority has been given in the manifesto to set paths for the development of the people living in Jharkhand for decades. We have prepared a manifesto for the prosperity of Jharkhand keeping in mind all communities and languages.
Giving information about the meeting, State Congress spokesperson Sonal Shanti said that in the meeting, the main points of the prepared manifesto were discussed in detail as per the consultation done by organizing Chaupal with the general public, civil society, intellectuals of the society, youth, student organizations of the entire state. After an in-depth discussion on the prepared manifesto with the implication of the general public, it was decided to include some other major issues. On the basis of suggestions received from all over the state, this time the manifesto has been prepared keeping “Sarvajan Hitaya” in front and an attempt has been made to emphasize on completing the issues in a timely manner.
Meanwhile, in other development State Congress in-charge Ghulam Ahmed Mir along with State Congress president Keshav Mahto Kamlesh reached Ranchi from Delhi. Talking to the media at Birsa Munda Airport, in-charge Ghulam Ahmed Mir said that the assembly elections in Jharkhand have been announced. Congress MP Rahul Gandhi is coming to Ranchi on October 19. After 19, Congress will release its first list of candidates. Mir said that he is involved in the alliance in Jharkhand since 2019. In such a situation, there is no tussle regarding the seat. The formula on seat sharing has been filed. The candidates in Jharkhand will be announced after the CEC meeting. Probably the names of the candidates will be announced by 21st.
