Taking on traffic management in the state capital as a priority, District Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh chaired an in-depth discussion on measures to improve the traffic system.
Collector Singh directed the formation of a joint team to conduct a thorough survey of traffic issues and present an effective plan based on the findings.
The survey team will include officials from the Municipal Corporation, administration, RTO, and DCP Traffic.
The Collector called for concerted efforts by the departments to improve the traffic system and initiate concrete steps to provide better transportation facilities to citizens. Senior officials from various departments also attended the meeting.
