Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has said that along with the geographical boundary of the neighbouring state Chhattisgarh, both the states have a shared social, economic and cultural heritage. Some programmes can be jointly organised by the both state governments. Two states have been formed in terms of administrative management, but emotionally we are still one entity. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the delegation of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad accompanied by Chhattisgarh Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao at Samatva Bhavan.
Yadav said that the public representatives of both the states are dedicated to nation building. He called upon the public representatives of Chhattisgarh to give suggestions and extend co-operation for the development and public welfare of Madhya Pradesh. He invited them to expand their knowledge and skills in Madhya Pradesh as well. while highlighting the historical and mythological importance of Ujjain, Chief Minister Yadav informed the representatives of Chhattisgarh about Mahakaleshwar as well as the various dimensions of Lord Krishna tradition, places of Devi tradition and Triveni Museum located in Ujjain. Chhattisgarh Deputy Chief Minister Sao also addressed the programme.
A team of about 70 members of the Parishad has come to Bhopal from Chhattisgarh to take part in the memorial ceremony honouring the founder of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad Shaligram Tomar. The team presented photographs related to their student life to CM Yadav. Yadav welcomed Chhattisgarh Deputy Chief Minister Sao by presenting him Angvastram, flower bouquet and souvenir and also greeted the members by presenting Angvastram. Chandrahas Chandrakar, Vivek Saxena and Pradeep Mishra were also present during the event.
