The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Bhopal Zone elected its new Chairman and Vice Chairman for the year 2024-25 and commemorated its Annual Day 2023-24 under the theme of ‘Parivartan, Pahchan, Prakrati’: A Vision for the Future Ready Bhopal Region, in Bhopal, the event brought together industry leaders and stakeholders to deliberate on the transformative potential of Bhopal and also marked the inauguration of newly elected Chairman and Vice chairman of Bhopal Zone 2024-25.
The Annual Day celebration served as a platform to announce the incoming leadership of Bhopal Zone as Pulkit Sharma, Executive Director, Daulatram Engineering Services Pvt Ltd and Rajendra Patel, Managing Director, Makson were announced as the chairman & vice-chairman of the Bhopal Zone respectively.
The discussions revolved around how to build a future-ready industrial ecosystem in Bhopal, and importance of embracing innovation which will play an important role in pushing the endeavour of branding Bhopal. Highlights of the event included keynote addresses by Shreyaskar Chaudhary, Chairman, CII Madhya Pradesh & Director, Pratibha Syntex. Panel discussions by Ram Ramalingam, CEO, Global Skills Park, Ramanathan, Executive Director, BHEL and Dr Mayank Dubey, Assistant Professor, School of Planning and Architecture where the speakers shared insights and strategies to foster a conducive environment for growth and development in the region. The discussions revolved around leveraging technology, nurturing entrepreneurship, and preserving the natural heritage of Bhopal.
The event also featured felicitation of CII Bhopal Zone's past chairmen honouring them for their outstanding contributions to the development of CII.
