BJP workers in Bokaro warmly welcomed the decision by National President J.P. Nadda to appoint Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan as the election in-charge for Jharkhand and Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma as the co-in-charge. The workers congratulated the newly appointed state election in-charge, Union Rural Development Minister and former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chouhan, and co-in-charge Himanta Biswa Sarma, expressing hope that their organizational experience would greatly benefit the party and ensure the return of a BJP-led NDA government in the state.
Leader of the Opposition in the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly, Amar Kumar Bauri, extended his congratulations and best wishes, stating, "Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the BJP will liberate Jharkhand from the corrupt JMM-Congress-RJD government."
Bokaro MLA Biranchi Narayan also extended his congratulations, stating, "With the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's welfare schemes, the organizational experience of Shivraj Singh Chouhan as the election in-charge, and Himanta Biswa Sarma as the co-in-charge, I am confident that under their joint leadership, the BJP will become even stronger in Jharkhand, and an NDA government will be formed, freeing the state's people from the corruption and misrule of the Congress-JMM."
