A fire broke out again on the fourth floor of the Vallabh Bhawan in Bhopal on Tuesday. The fire was caused by a blast in the air conditioner and which was immediately brought under control.
At the time when this fire broke out, CM Mohan Yadav was in Vallabh Bhawan and was taking a meeting. Many ministers were also present there. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief after the fire was extinguished.
After the fire broke out, there was a panic in the ministry and the employees came out of the room. It is said that the fire broke out with a loud sound during the maintenance itself. Immediately the employees ran with fire extinguishing equipment and started extinguishing the fire. In a short time, the fire in the AC was extinguished. After this, the officers and employees breathed a sigh of relief.
This fire broke out in the room in front of IAS Shailbala Martin. After extinguishing the fire, PWD Principal Secretary DP Ahuja also inspected it.
Earlier in March, a massive fire had broken out on the 5th floor of the old building of the Vallabh Bhawan. Due to the wind, the fire spread to the fourth and third floors, which was brought under control after about 4 hours of hard work.
The government also formed a 7-member committee to investigate this matter. More than 100 fire engines controlled the fire. Army personnel climbed the building and extinguished the fire. During the rescue, an SDRF soldier suffered an eye injury. Four employees were trapped.
As soon as the news of the fire in the Vallabh Bhawan was received, there was panic among the employees. People came out of the rooms. It was fortunate that the fire was controlled immediately. Otherwise, a major accident could have happened.
