Shyama Prasad Mukherjee had sensed the conspiracy of the British to divide Bengal before independence and started a movement.

After independence, he sensed the Kashmir problem and started a movement and sacrificed his life to remove Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has realized the dream of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee to remove Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. S

ensing the problem of Jammu and Kashmir immediately after independence and resigning from the post of minister and founding Jan Sangh to start a movement for its solution is something that only a true brave son and great hero of the country like Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee can do. Who is responsible for the suspicious death of two great heroes of the country, Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, has not been known till date.

By removing Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, the Prime Minister has washed away the stigma imposed by the government of 1951-1952. This is a tribute to Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee in the true sense. Work will be done to bring forward the heroic aspects of Dr. Mukherjee. On my behalf, I offer my humble tribute to Dr. Mukherjee. State President of Bharatiya Janata Party and Khajuraho MP Vishnudutt Sharma said that today every worker of Madhya Pradesh BJP pays tribute to the feet of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, a brave great man who sacrificed his life for the country. Today we have gathered here to pay tribute to such a son whose resolve removed Article 370 from Kashmir.

Shyama Prasad Mukherjee was an original thinker, nationalist thinker, a cultured worshipper of Indian life values. He founded the Bharatiya Jana Sangh, the same Jana Sangh is in front of you all today in the form of BJP, the world's largest and omnipresent political party.

Following the ideals of Dr. Mukherjee, every BJP worker under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi takes a pledge to make India a developed nation by 2047. BJP State President Shri Sharma said that on the call of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, a campaign is being run from today's martyrdom day of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee to 6 July birth anniversary. I appeal to all the workers of Madhya Pradesh BJP to plant a tree in the name of their mother under the Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam campaign. This campaign will be run across the state till July 6.
