BJP gear up for year end Assembly poll in State

The State BJP unit signalled its poll readiness for Assembly elections in Jharkhand where Assembly election is to be held in end of this year. In this connection, there was a round of organisational meetings and programmes in the BJP state office today. In view of the upcoming assembly elections for the state BJP, the newly appointed state election in-charge by the central leadership, Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan and co-in-charge Assam Chief Minister Hemant Vishwa Sharma reached the state office.

State President and former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi, Leader of Opposition Amar Kumar Bauri, State Organization General Secretary Karamveer Singh along with both the central leaders first garlanded the statue of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee on his martyrdom day today.

The joint meeting of state office bearers, state presidents of core committee fronts, MPs, MLAs, National Executive Committee members, former state president, former MP, former Lok Sabha candidate held in the state office.

The meeting was conducted by State General Secretary and MP Aditya Sahu and the vote of thanks was given by Leader of Opposition Amar Kumar Bauri.

State President and former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi welcomed Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan by giving him a shawl and a bouquet of flowers and Amar Kumar Bauri welcomed Hemant Vishwa Sharma.

Those who welcomed included Bhanu Pratap Shahi, Aparna Sen Gupta, Seema Paswan, Manoj Singh. Addressing the meeting, State Election Incharge Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that the party is grateful to the people of the state who defeated all the propaganda and hypocrisy and trusted BJP and NDA.

He said that this is the first time in the history of India after 1962 that a Prime Minister has become Prime Minister for the third consecutive time.

He said that the mood of the people of Jharkhand is clear. We have to form a strong double engine government in Jharkhand in the upcoming assembly elections with the support of the people.

He said that we should all take a pledge that we will not sit in peace without forming a government in the state.

He said that with the blessings of the people we have won in the country and will also win Jharkhand. Co-incharge Assam Government Chief Minister Hemant Vishwa Sharma said that lies and deceit do not last long. The public has tested and recognized the government of Congress JMM RJD thugbandhan. The public is ready to uproot such a corrupt government.

He further said that the hard work of the workers of Jharkhand has brought positive results. NDA won 9 seats. State President and former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi said that under the guidance of Shivraj ji and Hemant Vishwa Sharma ji, BJP will be successful in taking its resolution to success.

He said that the mandate of the Lok Sabha elections is against the state government. The Chief Minister could not make the candidate win in his constituency, similarly seven ministers of the state government are also lagging behind in their respective assembly constituencies.

 

He said that despite the crushing defeat, the people of Indi Thugbandhan are immersed in the arrogance of power. State Organization General Secretary Karmveer Singh ji discussed the upcoming organizational programs in the meeting and also gave necessary guidelines.

Core Committee Meeting In the second session, the core committee meeting was held in the office in which the political conditions of the state along with organizational programs were discussed in detail.
