On Wednesday, Newly appointed Additional Municipal Commissioner Anant Kumar chaired an interview session for 43 applicants under the Individual Loan Scheme (SEP) component of the Deen Dayal Upadhyay National Urban Livelihoods Mission (NULM). Post-approval, the applications were forwarded to respective bank branches for further processing. Out of the applicants, 11 beneficiaries were found absent. Additionally, 675 pending PM SVANidhi applications were instructed by the Additional Municipal Commissioner to be disbursed by banks within 15 days.
The meeting was attended by District Lead Manager, District Coordinator, Industry Department, Bokaro Assistant Municipal Commissioner, City Mission Manager, Chas Municipal Corporation, and branch managers from Bank of India, State Bank of India, Union Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, among others.
