AJSU Party celebrated the foundation day, on Saturday, of AJSU across the State as Balidan Diwas dedicated to the youth. During this, programs were organized in all the assembly constituencies.
The Party Chief, Sudesh Kumar Mahato participated in the Balidan Diwas program organized in Tamar and Silli Assembly. During this, he said that sacrifice and struggle is our self-respect. “All of us workers have to work together with determination towards fulfilling the aspirations of Jharkhandis. The responsibility of protecting the identity of the state is on our shoulders. On Balidan Diwas, along with making the youth of the State aware of the history of Jharkhand separate State movement, we are honoring the agitators who played an important role in this movement,” he added.
Mahto said that all the workers should discharge all the responsibilities towards the society and the organization with full devotion. “We will change the conditions of the State by not compromising with the glorious past and struggle. In the changed circumstances, we have to build a better and better Jharkhand. AJSU workers will have to sharpen their struggle and unity,” he added.
On the occasion, the party Chief greeted all the brave fighting comrades, workers, supporters and said that today is a day of pride, honour and honour for all of us workers. “The youth of AJSU brought the separate state movement, which was going on for decades, to its destination on the strength of their zeal, passion and sacrifice. Now again we have to work together to change the current political situation of the state and bring Jharkhand back on the track of development,” he added.
During the programme organised in every assembly on Balidan Diwas, all the agitators who made an incredible contribution to the Jharkhand separate State movement were honoured. The agitators informed the youth of the area who attended the programme about the importance and history of the movement through their address. The objective of this programme was to connect the youth of the State with this historical glory saga and to collect the valuable thoughts of the agitators and infuse a new energy towards the state in them. Also, during this period, tribute was also paid to the brave martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the Jharkhand movement.
In the Balidan Diwas program celebrated by AJSU Party in every assembly, the youth of the area were made aware of the pain, agony, struggle, passion, spirit of the Jharkhand separate State movement through video screening. Regarding this video screening, Mahato said that we can never forget the sacrifice of the brave agitators of the Jharkhand separate state movement. “Youth is the future of the state. Our aim is to connect the youth with the present of the state as well as our glorious history. This video presentation is just a glimpse of this struggle that lasted for decades,” he added.
During the program organized on Balidan Diwas, with the aim of keeping the environment clean and giving a better future to the present as well as the coming generation, AJSU workers took a pledge to protect them by planting trees in every assembly constituency.
