Under the ambitious program of the Central Government, the Totality Campaign was started at the district level on Saturday at Nagar Bhawan, Lohardaga. This campaign was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by senior expert of NITI Aayog, Dr. Banushree Velpandian, Deputy Commissioner Dr. Waghmare Prasad Krishna, District Council President Reena Kumari and other guests. On this occasion, the Chief Guest,said that being an aspirational district, we have to achieve success in some prescribed indicators in the Totality Campaign. In this, work has to be done according to one's physical capacity and mental determination. Some points have been set in the fields of health, agriculture, women and child development, self-help groups and education, in which work has to be done rapidly for success. We all have three months to achieve these indicators. Farmers, pregnant women, young men, women and children are part of this campaign. Everyone has to achieve the prescribed indicators with coordination. The administration and the people have to do this work together. To make them socially and economically capable. We all have to move forward organically.
Deputy Commissioner Dr Waghmare Prasad Krishna said at the launch of the campaign that this scheme of the Central Government has been started for the betterment of the sectors of health, self-help, education, agriculture and self-help groups. According to the Health Department, the first three months are very important for pregnant women. Providing food on time is a very important step. After this, when the child is born, all the vaccinations scheduled for the age of 9 to 12 months are important.
ZIP President Reena Kumari also addressed. An oath was also administered by the Deputy Commissioner to all the attendees of the program to achieve the prescribed indicators. A signature campaign was conducted by all the guests to achieve these indicators and selfies were also taken at the selfie point. Soil health cards were distributed symbolically among five farmers in the program. The stall was inspected by the guests and food distribution program was conducted at the stall of Child Development Project. On behalf of District Public Relations, a presentation was also given on the indicators determined by Loknath Lohra Kala Jatha. In the program, ITDA Project Director Sushma Neelam Soreng, Additional Collector Jitendra Munda, Sub-Divisional Officer Amit Kumar, District Council Vice President Vinod Oraon, Cairo District Council Member Sukhdev Oraon, Senha District Council Member Radha Tirkey, Kisco District Council Member Sandeep Kumar, Pesharar District Council Member All the officials and public representatives including Ruby Kumari, social worker Chandrashekhar Aggarwal were present.
