The program was inaugurated by Dalsa President cum Principal District and Sessions Judge Arvind Kumar Pandey, Dalsa Vice President cum Deputy Commissioner Dr. Waghmare Prasad Krishna, POCSO Special Judge Akhilesh Tiwari, Bar Association President Pramod Pujari and other judicial officers by jointly lighting the lamp. This time a total of seven benches were formed in the National Lok Adalat. Here, Bench No. 1 was formed under the leadership of Principal District and Sessions Judge Arvind Kumar Pandey to settle cases like motor vehicle accidents, family disputes, civil appeals etc. Whereas for disposal of electricity related cases, Bench No. 2 is under the leadership of District Judge 2 Akhilesh Tiwari and Bench No. 3 is under the leadership of Senior Civil Judge Archana Kumari for Criminal Compoundable Case, NI Act, Weight and Measurement Case, Minimum Wages Act. Motor Vehicles Act cases, certificate cases, headed by Bench No. 4 Judicial Magistrate Amit Kumar Gupta. Meanwhile, Bench No. 5 headed by Judicial Magistrate Jaya Smita Kujur for civil and revenue cases, BSNL. Whereas Bench No. 6 was formed under the leadership of Permanent Lok Adalat Chairman Shiv Kumar, Bench No. 7 was formed under the leadership of Nandlal Prasad, Member of Consumer Forum for bank, insurance related matters and consumer related matters.
