Closing ceremony of Hindi Fortnight at IIM-R

The closing ceremony of the Hindi Fortnight, which ran from 14 to 29 September 2023, was held at the Indian Institute of Management Ranchi with the aim of promoting the progressive use of Hindi and increasing the public's interest in Hindi. Kumar Sanjay, Indian Revenue Service, Chief Commissioner of Income Tax Ranchi and Chairman, City Official Language Implementation Committee Ranchi - Narakas (Central Office) was the chief guest of the closing ceremony. In the function, students and employees who won prizes in quiz competition, debate competition, poetry recitation competition and monologue competition held during the fortnight were honoured with certificates.  The program was presided over by Director Prof. Deepak Kumar Srivastava and Coordinator, Faculty in Charge Official Language Prof.  Prashant Maurya. Vote of thanks was given by IPM student Partha Chandrayan.

Bhoomi Pujan for EXPO UTSAV 2023

JCI RANCHI did BHOOMI PUJAN today for its signature event EXPO UTSAV 2023. Bhoomi pujan at Morabadi ground was done by the President Jc Arvind Rajgariah and his wife Richa Rajgariah. After today’s bhoomi pujan the work has started of installing hangers, tents ,stalls etc at Morabadi ground. EXPO UTSAV is scheduled from 12th to 16th October at Morabadi ground Ranchi. This time the hangers will be big enough to accommodate people and hasslefree .The pathways between will be broad enough so that there will be no chaos . President Arvind informed that there will be more than 300 stalls in Premium hanger, German hanger, Real estate hanger, women pink hanger, Auto zone, Furniture zone, Startup zone, Amusement park and Food zone and Mid night carnival etc.

SBPS shines in 2nd Literary Ideation Conclave

The students of Sarala Birla Public School, Ranchi outshone in the 2nd Literary Ideation Conclave organised at Varanasi from September 30th to October 3rd, 2023. The conclave was dedicated to the signposts of freedom, equality, liberty, equity, environmentalism and social justice. In the category of Lone wolf standing, an inter-school solo quiz, Md. Ammaar Ahmad of Std. X was conferred the title of ‘Most promising quizzard’. He also bagged the second runner up position for the same category. For Scriptorium, the creative writing competition, Atishya Singh of Std. XI and Prajnashree Hota of Std. X secured the first position. For Imaginarium, wealth and words out of waste, Vaibhavi Rathour of Std. XI and Apurav Agarwal of Std. X got the Best Jingle Creation award. SBPS revels at the achievement of its students.

RBI holds Essay competition on Gandhi Jayanti

On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, an essay competition on the topic 'Gandhiji and us' was organized by the Reserve Bank of India, Ranchi on Wednesday. Under this, entries were invited from the students of all the schools of the State, keeping in mind the inspiring incidents related to Gandhiji and the ideas which they wanted to adopt in life. The success of this event and the interest and enthusiasm of the students towards it can be gauged from the fact that Reserve Bank of India, Ranchi received more than 400 entries from all the 24 districts of the State. These entries were first initially scrutinized internally and then evaluated by three experts. Thereafter, a general quiz was also organized for the selected students by calling them at the Reserve Bank of India, Ranchi office on Wednesday.
