Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Company (Transco ) has started an integrated human resource program for its offices across the state by innovating in its office procedures. Emphasis is being laid by the government on adopting innovation to make the working style of government offices better and more effective,M.P. Transco's Chief Engineer Human Resource and Administration Mr. RK Khandelwal told that under this unique program ,Personnel of various departments from the office of the Chief Engineer (HR&A) located at the headquarters Jabalpur will visit the various offices of M.P. Transco all over the state and solve their problems related to human resources at one place. In this regard, this program was organized at the Bhopal regional office last day, in which many problems were solved instantly , for which the personnel had to come to the headquarter, Jabalpur.
In this programme, various rules and procedures were simplified and doubts were resolved and will be done on the same lines in future also.
In this program, personnel will be identified for capacity building (all-round development) so that they can be given development-oriented training in the relevant field internally or if needed, by external institutions.
In the talent hunt, the skill of the personnel to work in a particular field will be recognized and encouraged. Mr. RK Khandelwal, Chief Engineer, Human Resources and Administration, Transco, said that the program includes solutions to the problems faced in ERP along with the problems faced in paying medical bills, travel bills, bills for various works of the contractor.
In this Integrated Human Resource Program MP Transco Employees will be explained in detail about legal aspects by Siyaram Sharma, Legal Officer of Transcon. Training will be imparted especially to the staff posted in the offices and the personnel who look after the work of the court, so that minor mistakes in some cases can be prevented in the beginning.
Initially, MP Transco will organize such programs in its regional offices in the metropolitan cities of the state, which will later be extended to the divisional level offices.
