A 45-year-old man died after his bike was hit by a speeding car near Karbala on VIP Road, man was on his way home after selling crop.
The farmer riding the bike died on the spot in the accident. The man was going from Padiyala village in Sehore to his home in Shahpura after selling Soybean crops.
Koh-e-Fiza police have registered a case and started an investigation. The body was handed over to the family after the post mortem on Wednesday morning.
Pritam Singh Ahirwar lived with his family near Shahpura Mosque . He belonged to Padiyala village of Sehore district. For the last several years, he has been living near Shahpura Mosque located in Shahpura area of Bhopal. Pritam apart from farming, also used to work as a mechanic.
Edler son Karan said that father Pritam had gone to the village on Tuesday morning on his bike and while returning from the village at around 6 in the evening his bike was hit by an unknown car near Karbala on VIP Road. He died on the spot in the accident.
He was carrying money in his pocket from selling crops. Which has been returned safely by the police.
During the investigation police have not yet been able to identify the accused car driver. The accused car driver would be identified through CCTV camera footages.
