The four-day long Alami Tablighi Ijtima in Eithkhedi concluded with a special prayer.
Maulana Mohammad Saad, in his concluding preaching before Dua-e-Khas emphasized on timely offering of Namaz without fail.
He said that we have to follow the path of right at all costs. Along with this, we also have to be honest and stick to our rights. About 10 lakh people participated in the prayer. In the prayer that lasted for half an hour, Maulana Saad prayed for peace in the world and also for the progress of the country.
Earlier on Sunday, the process of people arriving continued from morning till night. In view of Monday's crowd, the police had banned the entry of big vehicles a day earlier. On the other hand, volunteers of the Ijtema Committee are handling the responsibility of traffic management from the railway station to Eithkhedi.
The Ijtema remained green, clean and dust free. Water was sprinkled from sprinklers every 4 hours to prevent clouds of dust rising on the soil of the Ijtima Gah due to the movement of a large number of people. This process was started several days before the start of the Ijtima, which continued during the event.
Translators explained the teachings of the Ulemas (Religious Teacher) to the people coming from foreign countries by translating them into their language.
A large number of students also reached the Ijtema, for whose accommodation a separate pandal was made.
During the Ijtima it was cloudy and there was light rain. Conditions of intense heat continued to prevail during the day. A blanket center was also set up to cater to the needs of the people coming from outside.
More than 20000 people remained engaged in service throughout the event. Hot water was available in 8 tanks of 2000 liters of water for bathing and ablution. More than 50 fire personnel should be deployed 24 hours in 10 fire brigades and 6 fire bullets.
Railways advised people returning from Ijtima to use UTS (Unreserved Ticket System) app to avoid standing in queue to buy tickets. In which it was told that there will be no need to stand in line to buy tickets through this app. They can get general tickets directly from the app.
Sr DCM Saurabh Kataria has appealed to passengers traveling on unreserved tickets to promote the use of UTS on the mobile ticketing app, and avail the benefits associated with the use. Download the app from any app store.
