Central probe agency Enforcement Directorate (ED) has sent summons to the jail superintendent, jailer and Bada Babu of Birsa Munda Central Jail , Hotwar. All three have been asked to appear at the zonal office in Ranchi on different days. Bada babu Danish has been called for questioning on 7th November, Jailer Naseem on 8th November and Superintendent Thamid Akhtar on 9th November.

Let us tell you that last Friday, the ED team had raided Birsa Munda Central Jail located at Hotwar in the capital Ranchi for about four hours. Before this, ED had applied in the PMLA court and sought permission for investigation in the Central Jail. After getting the order from the PMLA court, ED officials reached the Central Jail and investigated. Power broker Prem Prakash and Company were conspiring to implicate ED officials in a fake case. Two women accused of money laundering who were in jail were prepared to register a case. Apart from this, Naxalites were also contacted. Apart from Naxalites, there was also a plan to harm ED officials with the gangsters of the state. However, ED was aware of this.

Many important facts and evidence have been collected by ED. In this conspiracy, the role of Prem Prakash, Amit Aggarwal and many other prisoners involved in illegal mining and land scam has come to light. Help was being provided to the accused in jail from the jail administration and also from outside. ED has also received information that a senior police officer of Ranchi Police had met some people in jail to hatch a conspiracy. By meeting the accused in jail, a conspiracy was hatched to implicate ED people and some opposition in the case. An audio clip found by the ED during the investigation has exposed everything. Soon ED will reveal a big conspiracy. ED has taken this conspiracy very seriously and its information has also been informed to the Home Ministry.
