With Lord Jagannath and His Holy siblings placed on the Adap Mandap in the Gundicha Temple during the ongoing nine-day Rath Yatra here, devotees availed Adap Abadha in premises of the temple from Friday.
The divine Adap Abadha was made available for devotees after rituals in the morning.
The Mahaprasad offered to deities during their stay at the Gundicha Temple is called Adap Abadha.
Lord Jagannath accompanied by Lord Balabhadra, Devi Subhadra and His weapon Sudarshan is being worshipped on the Adap Mandap at the Gundicha Temple since Thursday evening following Adap Bije rituals.
A huge number of devotees keep thronging the Gundicha Temple to have darshan of Lord Jagannath. Elaborate security arrangements have been made for devotees for a smooth darshan.
The deities will stay at the Gundicha Temple for a period of a week. On the 10th day of the month of Ashadh, the deities will make their way back to the Shreemandir on their respective chariots, which is called the Bahuda Yatra.
