Under Jai Bharat Satyagraha programme, on Wednesday, senior Congress Leaders INCLUDING Alok Kumar Dubey, Lal Kishorenath Shahdeo, Rajesh Gupta and others will take a pledge to protect democracy and constitution at Ambedkar Chowk, Doranda, Ranchi and they will also hold protest against Modi Government.

  The State Congress Leaders said that Rahul Gandhi has asked the Prime Minister to account for the foreign investment of Rs 20,000 crore by shell companies in the Adani group. They said that there are allegations of having business relations with 38 companies and they are taking pledge to expose the loot of BJP, to protect democracy.

Dubey, Shahdeand Gupta said to save Congress in Jharkhand, to remove the State Chief and to strengthen the party among the people in the upcoming Lok Sabha and Vidhansabha elections. “For wide publicity of programs and principles, a state-wide dharna was held at Bapu Vatika Morhabadi on last 20th April, in which thousands of dedicated workers of Jharkhand unanimously demanded to remove the post of State Congress President to protect the principles of the party,” they added.

The party Leaders said that the party workers will go to Delhi between May 15 and May 20. “Regarding the success of the Delhi programme, a necessary meeting of Congress leaders was held at the State guest house and discussions were held and future strategy was decided so that National President Mallikarjun Kharge would have people from all over the State. The anger and dissatisfaction of the representatives can be conveyed. Party leaders said that ever since the present state president took over the post of the party, the party is in constant crisis, the ministers, MLAs, leaders and workers of the party are all in trouble,” he added.
