Ministry of Coal, Govt.of India, showcased it's technical prowess by successful Live demonstration of 5G technology use cases in Amlohri OCP of Northern Coalfields Limited at India Mobile Congress, 2023, New Delhi from 27-29th October, 2023. CMPDI conceptualized and played a critical role in deployment of India's first Private 5G Network in Amlohri OCP, NCL. In this Congress, dignitaries witnessed 5G use cases of 5G enabled Drones, AI powered camera, Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) and Mission Critical Voice and Video communications of Amlohri OCP of NCL from New Delhi.

5G Network ensures seamless operations and Real time data transmission across vast mine areas, optimise vehicle performance and safety through constant monitoring, enhancing workers safety and assets security and better environmental monitoring resulting in efficient safety and coal production.
