Twenty points programme in-charge minister Satyanand Bhokta said in a meeting that the benefit of the Government plans of Centre and State must be reached to the last person of the society. The department has to do the work on plan with proper coordination. The minister distributed assets of Rs 3.86 crores among 32 beneficiaries.
The minister reviewed the progress of every department one by one. Firstly, he reviewed the progress of the agriculture and soil conservation department. He directed the concerned officer to clear all dues payment as early as possible.
The minister examined the different plans of the animal husbandry department . He said that the department must be monitoring whether the plan really goes to the same person. He has suggested to the fisheries department to select the spot for the regular selling of the fishes. It will increase the income of the department.
He suggested to the energy department to conduct the camp for the solution of the complaint of the common person of the society with regular intervals. He emphasized on the basic infrastructure, so that the regular supply of the electricity among the residents of the district.
He also issued directions to the supply and welfare departments. He said that the standard rules of the selection of Sahiya must be followed at the time of selection. The welfare plan which is running with the welfare department must be completed in time and must be examined by the welfare department during the construction.
Sadar MLA Manish Jaiswal raised the question of drinking water. He said that with the cost of two crore water ATM was constructed , but it is not working till today because it is not inaugurated.
The Minister laid the foundation for modernization of 84 Anganbadi Kendra with the cost of 234.31 lakh. In the meeting assets were also distributed. The labour department 2.87 for animal husbandry,133.04 lakh by welfare department, 50,000 social welfare,185 SHG credit linkage was distributed by the different departments.
In the meeting MLAs Uma Shankar Akela, Amba Prasad, Amit Kumar, Koderma MP representative Bhuvneshwar Patel, Fagu Besra, District board chairmen Umesh Prasad, DDC Prerna Dixit and other members of board were present.
