ATS produces Hizb-ut-Tahrir  members in NIA court Bhopal

The ATS produced the Chhindwara accused in the NIA court on Wednesday, while the 10 suspects arrested from Bhopal were produced on Tuesday itself. The accused from Telangana are likely to appear in the next two days.

Madhya Pradesh and Telangana ATS arrested 11 people in raids in Bhopal and Chhindwara. Evidence has been found of their association with the radical Islamic organization Hizb-ut-Tahrir (HUT). A total of 16 HUT members were arrested across the country, 10 members were arrested from Bhopal, 1 from Chhindwara, 5 from Telangana.

Managers, teachers and engineers are also associated with this organization.

The ATS on Wednesday presented Abdul Karim (45), a resident of Co-operative Bank Colony, Chhindwara, in the court of NIA's Raghuveer Prasad Patel. The court has sent the accused on remand till May 19.

The 10 suspects produced on Tuesday were also sent on remand till May 19. Abdul Karim has been working in FDDI (Footwear Design and Development Institute) as Assistant Manager in the Maintenance branch for 13 years. The accused is basically a resident of the Damua area.

Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra said, MP ATS has also recovered objectionable literature from the arrested HUT members. Input was being received in this regard for a long time, after which this action was taken. This organization believes in going to any extent and resorting to violence to enforce Sharia law.

Radical Islamic organization Hizb-ut-Tahrir is spreading its radical ideology rapidly while avoiding the eyes of everyone. According to the report, this organization is more dangerous than ISIS. It has spread to about 50 countries. 16 countries have banned it. This organization was formed in 1952 in Jerusalem. Its headquarter is in London. The organization has branches in Central Asia, Europe, South Asia and South East Asia. Especially in Indonesia. South Asia has a significant presence in Pakistan and Bangladesh.

All the arrested accused belonging to the organization used to practice targeting in a secret manner by setting up camps in the forests. In these camps, the trainers used to come from Hyderabad. They have also been arrested by the police. All of them used to organize religious meetings secretly, in which provocative speeches and Jihadi literature were distributed.
