The anniversary celebration 2023 was grandly organized by Jagruti Mahila Sangh, the women's wing of NTPC Pakri Barwadih and Badam Coal Mining Project.The program was started by Chief Guest and Chief General Manager of the project Shivam Srivastava after lighting the lamp and garlanding it.All the office bearers of the project and their family members were present on this occasion to showcase their achievements throughout the year.

On the occasion of the anniversary 2023, the members of Jagriti Mahila Sangh gave a wonderful performance of music, dance, showcasing their art.Apart from the members of the Sangh, the children of Bal Bhavan also gave many presentations showing their talent. In the programme dance, music, games were also organized in which male officers participated.Addressing the program, project head Shivam Srivastava said that the women's club has done excellent work last year.

He said that whether it is about providing various types of support to the HIV children or fulfilling the basic needs in the old age home, the Ladies Club has done a wonderful job on every front.He said that perhaps it is the result of this that our ladies club got the title of Best Performer in all NTPC projects by Sanyukta Mahila Club, New Delhi.

The project head appealed to the employees to keep children away from mobile phones and give them books in place of mobiles.He further made a special request to the women that you must pay attention towards home finance, if you do this, it will definitely be good for your family as well as our country.Meenakshi Srivastava, President of Jagruti Mahila Sangh, NTPC officials and other members of Ladies Club were present on the occasion.
