Eminent Social Worker Vikalp Singh explains how Oxygen Chambers can help us to breathe fresh air

The pollution levels in the country are alarming as out of the 30 most polluted cities in the world, 21 are situated in India, as per a global report. Another study claimed that more than 150 million people in India, inhale dangerous air 10 times more than the WHO's prescribed limit.

Airborne diseases are increasing at a rapid pace and are affecting senior citizens and children alike. Thus it is high time that we realize how we can contribute to making our environment cleaner and greener. One of the safest and most effective approaches to this is planting more and more trees, even research has gone on to show that Afforestation around the world has helped to rejuvenate the dying air quality.
There are several places nowadays that have specialized Oxygen Chambers which have special air purifying plants that provide you with moments filled with freshness so you can ultimately experience which hazardous environment we are living in right now.

Having established an Oxygen Chamber In Satna, Madhya Pradesh, Vikalp Singh feels that spending some time in an oxygen chamber helps people to actually realize the importance of fresh air. He says that living close to nature is the only way one can see its beauty. "Sprawled across a large area the oxygen chamber has various air purifying plants that get rid of the pollution", says Singh. He says that every city should at least have one oxygen chamber and that too should be free of cost to make it accessible to everyone.
