Madhya Pradesh is going to bring the country's first suicide prevention policy. For the formulation of this policy, the Medical Education Department has constituted a committee. Giving information about the suicide prevention policy, Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang said that the government has started work in this direction by taking serious note of the suggestion letter given by psychiatrist Dr Satyakant Trivedi. Eminent psychiatrists, legal experts, sociologists have been included in this committee. Our target is to implement this policy in the state in the next 2 to 3 months.
